ENGIE Global Markets is headed by a Management Committee and a Board of Directors.

Two bodies are in charge of developing the strategy for ENGIE Global Markets and ensuring its operational implementation:

• The Management Committee is responsible for the operational direction of the company
• The Board of Directors is the corporate body that defines and controls the management of the company

The Board is advised by a number of committees (including Audit, Risk, Remuneration), each of which is headed by independent directors.
