The effective management of Engie Global Markets (the Company) is headed by the Managing Director and the President of the Company. The Board of Directors performs a surveillance role of the management of Engie Global Markets, with the support of different specialized committees. Engie Global Markets has its own governance with dedicated support functions and risk control activities that interface with those of the business unit the Company belongs to and those of ENGIE group.
